Getting In

Front door combination deadbolt code: 6046
To unlock, type in the code and turn the lock counter-clockwise.
To lock, type in the code, turn clockwise to engage the deadbolt, wait a few seconds, then it should spin freely.
The key works on the bottom front door lock and both the back door locks.
There is also a lockbox in the backyard if you lock yourself out.
Heat / AC
Thermostat is in the hall. Use it however you like ac/heat etc…
When you leave, set it back to AC 85. But we can also change it remotely.

TV - No cable but plenty of streaming stuff and you can cast shows from your phone if needed.
Sheets / Towels / Laundry
Before you leave put all dirty towels and sheets in the laundry bag in the master bedroom closet.
You will see clean sheets for the master bedroom on the closet shelf. There are also beach towels.
The dresser in the master bedroom below the tv is completely empty. Feel free to use
those draws if you want to unpack.
Patio / Outdoor Seating
The shed has patio chairs, umbrella, and beach chairs. The shed key is hanging in the kitchen.
You can leave patio stuff out the entire stay, just put it back in the shed before you leave.
There are cushions for the adirondack chairs in the kitchen closet.
Leaving
Trash - You'll see the giant trash bins in the back alley. Please empty trash
before leaving.
Before you leave, please close all blinds and put the thermostat back to 85.
Put patio chairs and umbrella back in shed.
You can leave all dirty laundry in the laundry bag in the master closet.
Cameras
We have cameras on the front yard and back yard.
They do not record. We can only see real time.
There are no cameras with inside views of the house.
FYI - There is a flood light in the back yard that automatically turns on
at night and does not have an on/off switch.
Cats!
There are a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood.
They like to hang out in our yard. You can feed them if you want (you don't have to).
There is Meow Mix and their blue bowl in the kitchen.
Just don't let them in the house.
